What the health is the latest assault on the nerds sensibilities. Instead of understanding that almost any diet can be healthy constructed the film makers decided that it is vegan or death.
Myles and James sat down to watch the 2004 ‘Documentary’ What the Beep do we know. This film on the surface is a nonsense parade along the psuedo-science quackfeast that quantum science often spawns. However the film hides a deep sinister ideology that psychiatric conditions are the fault of the individual suffering with such conditions.
Myles and James are delighted to be joined by Martymer81 to talk about Spirit “science”. As Marty said almost everything said is stupid and word salad.
What do you people think? Would you have like to see us debunk ideas, or as we said this is this a fair representation of the bunkin.
Having spoken about this before and after the show, it is a anomaly that defines explanation, mutually exclusive ideas coupled with fancy graphics.
This week Myles and James are joined by Gaz from the Leicester Skeptics in the Pub and Axis Mundi talks about his personal experience with alternative treatments for cancer. James and Myles try to see what changed Gaz’s mind and how he came to understand that he was not helping himself by refusing ‘western’ medicine.

Myles and James are joined this week by Ross Exton to discuss science outreach. Myles and Ross also take this as an opportunity to explain why they dislike IFLS. Ross has been involved in public outreach for a number of years now and does so professional for @bristol. Ross was also a finalist for the new Blue Peter presenter competition in 2013. However he still has not got a blue peter badge.
Ross has his own youtube channel which you can find here
